This policy describes how Sublimelight (“we,” “our”) collects and handles information when you visit sublimelight.me or any of our subpages, contact us, or schedule a call. We try to keep this short and plainspoken. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, venue details, and anything else you share when you book a call, request a quote, or send an email.
• Automatic information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp) and basic site analytics (pages viewed, scroll depth, click events). Used for understanding what works and what doesn’t. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels for advertising.
• Cookies: the booking widget (Calendly) sets cookies to remember your scheduling preferences. Site analytics may set first-party cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work without them.

How we use it

• Reply to your inquiry, schedule a call, send a quote, deliver service.
• Improve the site and our communications based on what visitors actually engage with.
• Comply with legal obligations (taxes, contracts, etc.) when applicable.

How we don’t use it

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use it to retarget you with ads on other sites.

Third parties we rely on

To make the site work, we use a small number of vendors who handle some of your data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have on file about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete it (subject to records we’re legally required to keep).
• Stop receiving any further communications from us.

Email venues@sublimelight.me with the request and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for venue owners, operators, and event professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you’ve accepted the new version.
